Brewer Todd Hoffman looks outside the box amid the Covid beer shortage of Western Quebec and finds locally sourced ingredients and a group of proud community producers. The result is a collaboration full of local flavour. ‘With tourism work it has always been my goal to find a unique story in a region. This one was great because I was given a long schedule to pull it together. The challenge is always with audience and length but I was happy to have this one hit a couple film festivals to allow for the story to reach a different audience and highlight a really nice story.’
